MVRDV, Bridges Fund Management and client HUB Living partnered to prepare a study exploring the evolution of co-living, with a view to shifting perceptions and encouraging the industry to consider the potential of this innovative model.

Provided there is an appropriate level of affordability, co-living has the potential to be part of the solution to the housing crisis, while also deepening the sense of community, and creating opportunities for new ways of living.

To further amplify the study, a strategy was prepared which included a panel event, social media content and press coverage, all in synchrony. The launch event was hosted at NLA's London Centre and followed up by the release of reflective pieces-to-camera over the following days.
